 Computer aided manufacturing and physical distribution management
We have completed many research projects in MRPII, JIT, ERP, Lean Production, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, including one key project of national natural sciences fund, 9 planned projects, and 9 high-tech 863/The CIMS research projects. We have been granted the honor of "achievement unit".
Information management and management system management system simulation
We have taken research projects in information technology , in the integration information system, the decision support system, the enterprise information resource management, electronic commerce, the IT project management . We have successfully undertaken 11 projects under national natural sciences fund. The awards we have obtained include " Domestic First-rank, and International Advanced" and " Application achievement".
Management science theory and method
Our research is mainly involved in the fields of the management science basic theory, the optimized modeling and the solution method research. Moreover we have a special research team in the area of optimized theory and its method, specially the network optimization and the network system adjustment domain research. We have completed 7 projects under the national natural sciences fund.
Technical management and intellectual property rights management
We engage in the the research in resources disposition and optimized management, enterprise technological innovation , intellectual property rights management. We have successfully completed 6 projects under the national natural sciences fund.

Technological innovation management
We do researches in the exploration of the national innovation system and technological innovation target system , the analytical method and the enterprise innovation relations . From 2002 to the present time we have undertaken 12 projects under the national natural sciences fund. Moreover we have published more than 200 papers in the leading magazines, and 8 professional monograph.
Investment analysis and risk management
We have completed projects for a large number of enterprises with the research funds exceeding 400 ten thousand Yuan. We have published over100 papers and 10 professional monograph and text books.
Technical resources optimization management
Our research covers area of the target measurement and the target system, the resources disposition and the optimization analysis method, the use science and technology target appraisal policy. We provide the quantitative information for the national science and technology policy and the plan formulation.

We do research in policy-making and economic analysis. In addition, our research work include capital management , investment analysis, and securities exchanges. We have carried out researches in IPO and have published 6 papers, and some professional monograph.

We engaged in the research in enterprise taxation, including tax burden theory , the enterprise tax burden transfers ; tax planning ; tax revenue optimization model . Our research projects have been carried out at local and national levels.
