主讲人简介:

Dr. Jia Li is an assistant professor in Human Performance Management Group at Eindhoven University of Technology (Netherlands). She has obtained a PhD degree in organizational behavior from University of Maastricht (Netherlands, 2011) and worked as an assistant professor in University of Gottingen (Germany, 2011-2014). Her research expertise is broadly about work teams, such as top management teams, entrepreneurial founding teams, R&D project teams, and sports teams. She is particularly interested in topics of team diversity, team composition change, and team development and adaptation. Her work has been published in top management and psychology journals, such as Journal of Management Studies, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, and Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice. She also has expertise in methodological issues in longitudinal research and has been invited to give talks and statistics workshops at various international conferences (e.g., EJWOP Small Group Meeting) and European universities. As an advocate of international and interdisciplinary research, she works closely with economists/sociologists on the one hand and with psychologists on the other hand in various projects, and has extensive collaborations with leading scholars in Europe, US, and Australia.
