Job Summary
• This role is accountable for building up new processes to make the payroll and benefit related work smooth and scalable. Work with Clusters to design the template and streamline the processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for China employment on board and off boarding processing
• P-file maintenance and management
• Responsible to notify key employees regarding new hires, leavers and transfers on a timely basis
• To conduct exit clearance process
• Responsible for China employment letters and contract
• Responsible for visa matters
• Creation/Deletion/Change of staff movement/change of employment status in TED
• To work closely with HR team to ensure processes & procedures are in place as well as ensuring accurate data is shared within the team for accurate reporting
• And any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• Minimum 1 years+ HR experiences
• Excellent in Chinese and English writing, fluently English speaking
• Skilled in MS office, especially Excel
