齐堡垒，现任西安交通大学管理学院教授、博士生导师。主要研究领域为公司治理、审计、财务信息质量等。研究成果已发表在The Accounting Review、Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting、Journal of Accounting and Public Policy、《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》等国内外权威期刊。担任Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting and Economics副主编，Accounting Horizons、European Accounting Review、Accounting and Finance、China Journal of Accounting Research、Managerial Journal of Auditing等期刊匿名审稿人。
