柯玮玲是南方科技大学商学院的教授，任信息系统与管理工程系的建系主任。她的研究兴趣包括数字化转型、数字创新和平台生态系统。她的研究发表于MIS Quarterly,Information Systems Research,Journal of Management Information Systems,Journal of Operations Management,以及Personnel Psychology等学术期刊。她担任多个国际期刊的SE或AE，如Information & Management,Decision Support Systems,以及IT & People等。
