主讲人简介：

林朗为（Long W.“Rico”Lam），现任澳门大学教务长、管理学教授。林教授的主要研究领域包括信任、身份认同、不体面工作以及职场不当对待，同时他对人类行为的诸多其他议题亦抱有浓厚研究兴趣。其研究成果已发表或被录用于Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Management、Human Relations、Human Resource Management、Journal of Organizational Behavior、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology等国际期刊。2012年，他关于信任与不体面工作的研究成果被收录于Handbook of Chinese Organizational Behavior。2021年，他受邀为劳特利奇出版社出版的Understanding Trust in Organizations: A Multilevel Perspective一书撰写关于感知到的信任的章节。凭借其研究影响力，林教授于2023年和2024年连续入选斯坦福大学发布的全球排名前2%科学家榜单。林教授现任Asia Pacific Journal of Management资深编辑，同时担任Journal of Management Studies、Journal of Trust Research编委会成员。他拥有美国俄勒冈大学管理学博士学位。

People usually write papers from the own perspective (i.e., authors). In this talk, we will take the stance of the reviewers regarding their roles and expectation in the journal review process. To make your review process more successful, we will clarify several myths about reviewers and offer some suggestions accordingly in terms of framing and organizing your research manuscript.

大纲：人们经常习惯于从自己的角度(作者)来撰写论文。在这个报告中，我们会从学术期刊审稿人的立场出发，根据他们在阅读科研论文时的习惯和期待来审视我们的论文。我们会在如何制定文章框架以及组织文章内容方面给予一些建议。
