李娇阳(Krista)是印第安纳大学凯利商学院Blanche “Peg” Philpott讲席教授,联合系主任,博士项目负责人, Luddy信息计算工程学院数据科学系联合教授。她在耶鲁大学取得硕士学位,在德州A&M大学获得市场营销博士。李教授用博弈论和实证方法研究消费者行为,企业定价、渠道、网红营销、人工智能商务应用等策略,以及公共政策对市场的影响。李教授的诸多学术研究成果发表于多个国际顶刊,并担任《Marketing Science》《Management Science》《Journal of Marketing》《Journal of Marketing Research》《Production and Operations Management》和《Decision Sciences》等期刊的副主编、高级编辑或编委会委员。获得包括市场科学研究所青年学者(2021年)、首届《Marketing Science》杰出服务奖(2022年)和副主编奖(2025年)等众多荣誉。

Professor Krista Li surveys the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence in marketing and Operations Management research and practice. The talk opens with an overview of the current state of AI adoption in both industry and academia, before turning to a structured framework for how scholars should approach AI-related phenomena — spanning research questions, theoretical mechanisms, and methodological frontiers. The heart of the presentation examines how AI is reshaping marketing along three core dimensions: as an autonomous agent, as an information intermediary, and as a decision system. Each dimension is illustrated with original empirical and analytical research, providing a set of guiding questions to help researchers evaluate and advance the next generation of AI marketing scholarship.
