IT Chief Architect
Dr. Qian holds a doctoral degree in Operations Management and a Master’s degree
in Computer Sciences,both from the University of Iowa.
As Chief Architect, Dr. Qian is responsible for Freescale IT’s architecture,
strategy,and governance. His group is responsible for driving strategy formulation,
business-IT alignment, application roadmaps, enterprise technology standards,
enterprise data management, IT PMO, and IT governance processes.
