Dr. Helen Zhao is an Assistant Professor from Management and Strategy, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include social network, work time, and leadship succession. Her research has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
