主讲人简介: 佟世璐教授现为香港中文大学（深圳）经管学院运营管理方向负责人，主要研究领域为供应链中的信息共享和信息揭露；考虑顾客策略性行为的供应链决策；信息不对称下的契约设定等，在Management Science, MSOM等国际知名期刊上发表多篇学术论文。

活动简介:  This work investigates a dynamic contracting problem for a supply chain consisting of one retailer and one manufacturer with the quick response capability. The manufacturer sells her seasonal product to the retailer over 2 periods, where neither firms knows the demand information in the first period. The manufacturer runs on the regular production mode in first period with low cost and offers the first sales contract to the retailer. In the second period, the retailer updates demand information and reach the second contract with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer may produce and supplement the retailer's stock. This paper analyzes 3 models under different settings and obtains several interesting results.
