(通讯员 胡雪君)6月18日--22日，比利时鲁汶大学Erik Demeulemeester 教授来访管理学院，并在管院219教室为师生们带来了主题为“Models and methods for scheduling problems and applications to health care delivery”的精彩课程，同时还举行了一场题为“Robust project scheduling”的专题讲座。此次讲学活动及专题讲座由生产运作与物流管理系崔南方教授(博导)主持。

　　Erik在课程中介绍了healthcare scheduling的发展史和框架，针对医院运营中病人等待时间过长、专家资源分配不合理等问题将医疗资源调度管理分为战略、战术、作业三个层次;对应这三个层次，详细讲解了其研究团队在该领域已有的研究成果，包括医院实习生分配、病人排队、床位和护士人员的分配等医疗卫生领域中经常遇到的问题。由于该领域涉及的主要数学模型为整数规划，因而他在课程中细致讲解了列生成、分枝定界法、分枝定价法的应用。

　　专题讲座中，Erik在介绍传统资源受限项目调度(RCPSP)的基础上，主要针对工程项目中出现的延期及计划无效性，提出两种项目的鲁棒性概念：质的鲁棒性(Quality Robust)和解的鲁棒性(Solution Robust)，并介绍了提高这两种鲁棒性的方法：关键链项目缓冲及多种分散缓冲方法。

　　讲学及讲座过程中气氛活跃，Erik严谨而风趣，耐心细致地回答老师与同学们提出的问题。并与生产运作与物流管理系的相关老师，就中国医疗体制的特殊性和在healthcare scheduling领域的合作研究，进行了充分的交流。

　　相关链接：Dr. Erik Demeulemeester is currently a full Professor and head of the Research Centre for Operations Management, Faculty of Business and Economics, K.U.Leuven. He also is Chairman of the Doctoral Commission of the Faculty of Business and Economics at K.U.Leuven He received his Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. degrees from K.U.Leuven. His research interests include Robust project scheduling, Scheduling in the health care sector, Branch-and-bound algorithms, Branch-and-price algorithms. He has published numerous papers in internationally recognized journals such as Management Science, Operations Research, EJOR and so on. He serves as Associate Editor for Journal of Scheduling and Member of the Program Committee of several international conferences in the field of project scheduling.
