During the International Graduate Program you will go for an exciting and intensive voyage of 18 months to discover the Infineon Supply Chain world. The various stations of your journey will be defined in your individual roadmap. This will depend upon your skills and interests and will combine on-the-job training, project management and a broad range of courses. A Management mentor will guide you through.
You will have 3 assignments of around 6 months covering the various areas of our global supply chain (Planning, Logistic etc), with at least one of them abroad in Europe. In each assignment you will get in-depth knowledge of the operative tasks of the respective department as well as work on your own project and tasks.
The overall program will help you to build and develop the strengths, skills and network we need from leaders in our organization.
Future job description:
One department within the Infineon supply chain will be your target home at the end of the journey. The concrete job description will be discussed during the Graduate Program based on your initial skills, acquired skills and the company needs. Concrete functions could be along :
-Responsibility for planning and invest decision preparation for a major technology line
-Customer Logistic Management for an Infineon account
-Planning and implementing a new warehouse concept
-Designing and implementing flexibility concepts on supply chain level
-Leading or supporting major supply chain projects
-Business analyst for factory integration
Your profile:
-Your personality demonstrates a good emotional intelligence
-You are characterized by your highly analytical skills, you have proven strategic thinking
-You like to gain new insight by questioning assumptions
-You hold a master degree in business administration, industrial engineering or computer science
-During your studies or past work experience you gained some relevant experience in supply chain and/or operation management
-A previous experience abroad would be of interest to us
-Your excellent English communication skills as well as your ability to present have always helped you to get your message across and convince your audience.
-Mastering another language like Chinese or German would be an asset
