On May 26 and 27, Professor Long Lirong and Professor Liao Jianqiao from the School of Management participated in 2012 Chinese HR Management Forum (2012) held in Nankai University which was sponsored by the Business School of Nankai University and Chinese Journal of Management. Professor Long Lirong gave a keynote speech titled “Social Comparison and Mental Account Mechanism with Open Compensation”, which was well received. Professor Liao Jianqiao chaired a panel discussion on two subjects including “performance management and counterproductive behavior” and “work values of the new generation in China” .Aprroximately one hundred conferees attended the panel. During the conference, both Prof. Long and Liao were nominated as members of the Chinese Human Resource Management Professional Committee.
