(Correspondent: 2011 MBA Li XX) On March 24, Outstanding Talent (Virtual) Company under the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) headed to Hubei Tianxingjian Communications Technology Co., Ltd. in Canglong Development Zone to give management training to the company’s staff under the theme “maintenance of service quality”.
The training is the first session of the training program tailored by Outstanding Talent to Tianxingjian’s on-site installation personnel. Targeting the personnel, the program mainly covers daily etiquette and customer communication.
In light of actualities of Tianxingjian’s staff, Zhang Linna, trainer and 2011 MBA, gave all-round training in etiquette and communication with professional and amicable words, which covered the company’s full business process from “taking tasks” to “finishing tasks and bidding farewell”. Tianxingjian’s leaders and staff of relevant departments attended the training. All trainees said the training is professional but interesting, involves systematic management theory knowledge, caters to the audience’s demands based on their actual reception and will boost their future work capacities. They looked forward to attending the company’s future training programs.
According to sources, to better train the management practice capacity of the MBAs, the MBA Center of the School of Management, HUST organized the MBAs to establish Outstanding Talent (Virtual) Company in 2008. The training marks a great step of the company to go out of the campus, contact enterprises and develop towards a real business entity. It has not only improved the MBAs’ professional competence and capability to apply theories to practice, but also enhanced the social popularity of the school’s MBA brand, is of far-reaching significance
