课程的性质和任务：
本课程是财政类学生专业必修课程之一，注重以经济学理论的基本方法来介绍财政学科的一些前沿和热点问题。基于学生现有的计量经济学基础，强调学术研究的逻辑和想法，跳过某些技术细节，着重阐述理论演进过程中规律和脉络，让学生对目前的研究状态以及研究方法有一个比较清晰的认知，试图培养学生观察经济现象，提炼自己的见解的能力。
