The 3rd Student Leaders Development Training Camp was hold on May 31 in Classroom 215 in our school. Professor Liao Jianqiao of The department of business administration was invited as special guest and gave the students a lecture to share the unique opinions of management and leadership. The vice chairman of School of Management board Zhou Zhijiao and all the counselors attended.

First, Liao Jianqiao put forward the essence of management is to establish and implement rules; and then, he talked about how to be a leader and further illustrated the qualities of a leader; at last, he discussed how to when it gain influence, and put forward five kinds of power, namely the legal power, reward power and punishment power, personal influence and expertise power.
In the end, the student warmly applauded to express the deep appreciation and thanks to Professor Liao.
