Introduction to the presenter:

Torsten Bjørn Larsen is currently associate professor of Intellectual Property Law, Law School, Aalborg University. Torsten Bjørn Larsen joined Alborg University Law School in 2016 as Associate Professor in the Department of Intellectual Property Law. Torsten Bjørn Larsen was engaged in postdoctoral study at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark from 2014 to 2016. He received his Ph. D. in 2009 at the University of Copenhagen, where he mainly studied intellectual property jurisdictional strategies. He received, respectively, a Master of Law (LL. M) from Stockholm University in 2006 and a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen in 2004. In addition, Torsten Bjørn Larsen has worked as a lawyer at many of Denmark's leading law firms. He currently studies intellectual property litigation and artificial intelligence and intellectual property rights, and has published several high-level papers in leading journals in Denmark and Europe in recent years.
