Jia Liangding, dean, professor and doctoral supervisor, Department of Business and Administration, School of Business, Nanjing University. In the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Economic Research, Management World, Journal of Psychology, and other papers, he published more than 70, published two academic monographs, translated four, and participated in the compilation and revision of two teaching materials, such as Management, and Management: Management Principles and Methods edited by professor Zhou Sanduo, has cumulative issued more than 10 million copies.
