There are many people attending the meeting, including Dean Wang Zongjun, Jin Lingzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee, Li Song, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chen Pinglu, Director of the School of Labor Union and Director of the Department of Financial Management, Professsor Zhang Qianfan, Class Teacher of Management Science and Engineering of Class1902, Professor Guan Xu, Class Teacher of Management Science and Engineering of Class1903 and Class1904, Professor Liao Jianqiao, Class Teacher of Business Administration of Class1901, associate Professor Chen Weihua, Class Teacher of Business Administration of Class1903, associate Professor Zhan Meisong, Class Teacher of Business Administration Class1904 and Class1905, and Li Antai, Class Teacher of Business Administration of Class1906. The meeting was presided over by Liu Wenwen, the team leader of the Student Affairs Group.

First of all, Wang Zongjun delivered a speech. Wang Zongjun, on behalf of all the faculty and students of the School of Management, expressed a warm welcome to all the parents. Then he introduced the basic situation of the school from the discipline development, scientific prowess, professional prospects, alumni resources, etc., and focused on the student support policy, platform and training system. He stressed that undergraduate education from four aspects, including the "global vision, elite awareness, innovation and practice, comprehensive development", so that students can grow up healthily and happily. Wang Zongjun said that the school will help students quickly integrate into the university environment through a multi-level management system, while providing strong support for students' growth through a multi-dimensional training system. Finally, Wang Zongjun made two demands on parents: I hope that parents will let go while they are at ease, and pay attention to the growth of students while they are concerned. The school will work with parents to ensure that students grow up independently and confidently.

Then, Jin Lingzhi introduced the University rankings, the environment and other basic situations. He pointed out that the School of Management has taken "the palace of management masters and the cradle of business leaders" as its educational aim, and has cultivated a number of outstanding alumni who have made great achievements in the business, academic, and political field. He asked parents to pay attention to three aspects: moral character of students; pay attention to students' health, especially mental health; focus on students' personal development, that is, the development of students in terms of grades, campus culture, social practice and so on.

Then, with the theme of "Flying Dreams, Sailing Henceforth", Chen Pinglu introduced the related situation of the undergraduate's teaching management of the School of Management to the parents. Chen Pinglu showed parents the directions of graduating students about Grade 2015 from three aspects: going abroad, employment and postgraduate study. He said that the School of Management would maintain the philosophy of "cultivating qualified citizens and bringing up talents in the industry" and turn excellent talents into outstanding talents through a high-quality education system. Afterwards, Chen Luping introduced the educational system of the School of Management in detail from four aspects of globalization, elite education, personalized training and all-round development.

Next, combining with the four questions, Li Song introduced the relevant conditions of student education management to the parents. He started with the aspect of "What's our Future?". The characteristics of students in Grade 2019 and their future development directions were illustrated; from the aspect of "What Will Students Face?", On the one hand, it analyzed the common problems of students in the development stages from middle school to university and from freshman to senior; from the aspect of "What Will the School Provide", it introduced the undergraduate instructors and undergraduate class teachers in Grade 2019, and the series of activities held by the school; At last, from the aspect of "Parents How to do?", Li Song said that parents should pay close attention to students, understand the relevant university system, and maintain contact with the university.

Finally, the parents had a thorough and meticulous communication with the teachers and instructors on the issues of student training, university and schools.
