Dear teachers:

The employment of vacant professional and technical posts in 2019 has been started. According to the working arrangement of the University, a checking of the professional and technical posts to be applied for in 2019 (including professional and technical senior posts, Grade 2 and 3 posts and workers technicians) is required before formal application. The relevant checking work is hereby notified as follows:

1.   Filling materials: those who intend to apply for professional and technical senior posts shall fill in the Basic Information Form of Professional Technical Posts (Senior) to be Applied for in 2019 (Annex I) and provide relevant materials in the Annex, and those who aim to apply for Grade 2 and 3 posts shall fill in the Basic Information Form of Professional and Technical Grade 2 and 3 Posts to be Applied for in 2019 (Annex II) and provide relevant materials in the Annex.

2.   Reporting time: please submit the paper version of the above materials to the Room 428 of the Party and Government Office and send the electronic version of the form to glxydwrs@hust.edu.cn. before work on the morning of October 10, 2019.

3.   Special notes: the deadline for all the achievements is October 31, 2019. The project is subject to the approval document, and the paper is valid for the time when it is officially published in the journal (paper version). The checking materials submitted this time are only for the use of the checking work, and the application materials shall be submitted separately for official declaration.
